Opinions:

They’re  like armpits. Everyone has a couple and most stink. Except ours. Ours  are sensible, rational, relatable and these days, far from common. (Opinions, not armpits. Our armpits are probably just like everyone else's.) We’re  also humble and will always deliver our opinions in a comforting, safe,  warm and friendly manner. (This is usually where Misty's eyebrow peaks and she says something  like “No one believes you.”)

For  now, this is just a quick intro while we get everything set up. We  didn’t want to let the domain name slip by. The one without the hyphen is for sale for over $3K. That’s a little more than we're willing to invest right now. So, we got hyphenated.

Once  we get going, our plan is to post our shared blog and individual blogs  here. Two per week each. We need a place to vent and our “psychoses” are such that we need  to believe someone, somewhere is reading them and benefiting from them.  We’re also going to do a video-blog so you can hear and see us (you  lucky ducks, you!) once a week. We might increase that later on, but once  a week is a good place to start.

We  took our name to mock a sort of well known-ish speech by a recently  elected Communist. We like Individualism. A lot. The idea of the "warmth  of collectivism" makes our skin crawl. Make no mistake, we are  conservatives. We are Christians. We are not either Democrat or  Republican. We are something like independent mixed with libertarian and  we are Constitutional Originalists.

Richard  is a disabled vet. He served in the Army for 13 years, finished his  career there as an NCO, and had a stroke that should have killed him  after Iraq. In spite of his disability, he’s always, always looking for  something he can do to not be disabled. He’s an inventor and a very  handy guy!

Misty spent her  “career” bouncing between working various jobs when her family’s needs  required it, but trying to stay focused on the kids. She trained as a  Professional Midwife (not the nurse, the direct entry, home-birth kind,)  but has sustained various major injuries in the last few years that have  put an end to any really physical work. She is looking forward to  becoming a rugged individual again!

As  of the date of this opening, we’ve been married seventeen years. We  both left abusive marriages in our thirties, we were both determined not  to marry ever again, and we both got blindsided by God’s plans for us.

Check  back in a week (2 Feb. 2026, 9AM MST) and see if there’s anything here to catch  your interest. We should definitely have something substantive up by  then. There is so much going on in the world, and we have loads to say!

Lastly, don’t expect any new content on Sundays. That day belongs to our Father in Heaven. Until Feb. 2, God bless!!
